Delivery Type Settings
Enable or disable delivery modes. This controls what customers see in the booking form.
Port to Port
Ship between two ports. Customer drops off and picks up at port.

Full service — pickup from origin address, deliver to destination address.
Door to Port
Pickup from origin address, customer collects at destination port.
Port to Door
Customer drops off at origin port, deliver to destination address.
Port to Port — only port selection shown. Door to Door — port selection + pickup and delivery addresses shown. Door to Port — pickup address + destination port. Port to Door — origin port + delivery address.
